Hey, I’m Steph!

Grounded Life is a Sydney-based small business. Everything is done by me, from sourcing all the materials, hand-picking all the crystals, hand-making each of the candles from 100% Soy wax and shipping them out. Everything is done with purpose and with love.

Grounded Life was created so that I can share my love for crystals and all things self-care and self-nourishment. I want to spread love, positivity and good vibes into the world.

I’ve been playing with crystals since I can remember and have always called on them to help support me with whatever I need most at a given time. Whether you are just starting out your journey into crystals or are well-versed in crystals and their healing benefits, these candles are perfect for you.

Each crystal has its own healing and energetic benefits. By putting the crystals in the candle, its energetic and healing properties are infused into the wax. When you burn the candles, you are inviting those benefits into your space and whether you decide to take the crystals out or leave them in, your candle will still have the same effect.
