After spending 20 years climbing the corporate ladder, I turned the corner into motherhood and realised that my wellbeing was inextricably linked to defining my own version of joy and purpose.
Motivated by my experiences in the corporate world , I now help busy women redesign their juggle to be effective, with less stress and more joy.
