Hi I’m Maya. I’m an executive & wellbeing coach, clinical hypnotherapist, and mindfulness meditation teacher.
After spending 20 years climbing the corporate ladder, I turned the corner into motherhood and realised that my wellbeing was inextricably linked to defining my own version of joy and purpose.
